Kevin Murray and a few friends traveled to Wisconsin for the Tour of America’s Dairyland. We couldn’t be prouder of him, not only because he made the trip to take part in a premier event, but that he finished a whopping fifth overall after a week of racing.

It’s been a busy end of May and early June here at the EVCC headquarters but we’re trying to get caught up on race reports and such. It was a busy weekend for the race teams of Elkhorn Valley Cycling. With riders in Arkansas, Iowa, and Nebraska it was great watching the success of our riders all weekend. The team continues to make impressive finishes along with great efforts all around.
Kevin Murray raced three races in St. Louis while Rich Anderson and Joe Savoie took in three in Des Moines over the weekend. They met with tough competition and some challenging courses and came away with some really good results. Continue reading →
Kevin Murray ventured to Iowa City, Iowa for the Chris Illig Memorial Cup and the 35th Annual Old Capitol Criterium on May 5 and 6.

There were stellar results from everyone on the team at the Lewis and Clark TT and Tranquility XC Psycowpath races. More importantly, the team had enough of a positive impact on someone that we added a new member to the team.
