Auen Podiums at Dakota 5-o

Elkhorn Valley Cycling claims its first podium at Dakota 5-o in Spearfish, SD thanks to Brad Auen. Auen doggedly looked for an open entry to get into the sold-out race and took home a second place podium  in his age group and a fantastic 11th place overall for his efforts!

Elkhorn Valley Cycling had no less than 10 riders in this year’s race, joining a massive contingent of Nebraska/Iowa riders,  and the club has made the “5-Oh” one of its highlights of the year.

Swanson Mayhem Closes Psycowpath Season

EVCC and TT1 took home several medals at the final race of the 2012 Psycowpath season. The race was moved from its normal home at Manawa due to the lasting effects of last year’s  flooding. Brad Auen, Jerry Hoff, and Whitney Porn each made the podium while the rest of the team turned in fine performances.

Several podium spots at Psycowpath and a new teammate

There were stellar results from everyone on the team at the Lewis and Clark TT and Tranquility XC Psycowpath races. More importantly, the team had enough of a positive impact on someone that we added a new member to the team.
