2009 Norfolk Race Series
2009 Norfolk Race Series
Its almost here: The first race of the 2009 Norfolk Race Series starts at 7PM on May 12th with a time trial.
All races start at 7PM SHARP! Mandatory rider's meeting at 6:45PM
Three Divisions:
"A" - USAC Category 4/Cat 2 MTB and above
"B" - USAC Category 5/Cat 3 MTB
"C" - Citizen racers, first timers, "locals only"
Event and Overall Rider of the Year ear-end awards for each category
Based on total accumulated points throughout race season.
At least one MTB race to qualify for Rider of the Year

Criterium Course

Time Trials
Time trials start and finish at Norfolk Beverage, 25th and Omaha Ave. Course for 2009 will be a 10km out-and-back for all classes.
MTB Races
Maskenthine XC MTB trails, Maskenthine Lake, Stanton
Mass start format. Start finish is at Trail Head #2
